flyfiz is a mobile and on-demand luggage storage solution. We provide you a concierge to pickup/deliver your luggage to the place and time of your choice. We collect, secure, store and deliver your bags anywhere in Miami (airport, Airbnb, hotel, cruise terminal).

How does flyfiz work and how do I use it?

Simple!

Go to the booking page (here). Choose the pickup/delivery location and time that suits you. Let us know how many pieces of luggage you have and you are all set. Payment will confirm your reservation.

Why choosing flyfiz?

Visitors in Miami often want to store their bags to enjoy the city. But it’s always the same pain, always the same waste of time and money: you must take a taxi or Uber to go somewhere in the city drop-off your bags. Later, no matter what your plans are, you must go back at the same location to get them back.

flyfiz is mobile and on-demand, meaning that we offer to pick-up, transfer and deliver your luggage no matter where you are or where you go. Our purpose is to give you maximum flexibility, save you time and money so you can fully enjoy the city.

How much does it cost?

Our rates are predicated on how many pieces of luggage you will leave in our care regardless of how long during the day you wish us to store your luggage (if you decide to leave them in our care overnight, there is a single additional flat fee of $15). It includes pickup and delivery wherever you choose in the city. That’s right! Pickup and delivery are free!

For Miami Dade County our rate is US$28 for the first two pieces and US$8 for any additional bags (carry-on or checked in size).

There is an additional flat fee of $25 for Broward County (Fort Lauderdale International Airport)

XL size luggages are US$25 (think surfboard, bikes, any item that is outside standard airline checked bag dimensions). 

Overnight charge: flat $15 per night.

How safe will my luggage be?

The safety of your luggage is our utmost concern. It is at the core of our business and our reputation depends on it.

Your luggage is collected and delivered by trained concierges and carriers. Each bag is sealed with a unique-number one-time-use-only seal and stored in secure locations that can only be accessed by flyfiz staff.

We are dedicated to handle, secure and protect your possession with care. This is our purpose.

When do I have to book?

To enjoy the flyfiz experience you must book online (here). In order to enjoy the service at ease, we kindly ask you to book online at least 24 hours in advance.

We accept reservations for the same day as long as a concierge is available.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

You can change or cancel your reservation by contacting us, if possible 24 hours in advance at info@flyfiz.com

For any change the day of the pickup/delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, additional fees may occur.

My flight is delayed, what can I do?

No worries !

When booking, please provide accurate train or flight reference number to prevent any delays.

Contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@flyfiz.com so we can find the best solution together.

Will I be notified that our concierge is on the way?

Yes you are informed by text or email when your concierge is on his way to collect/deliver your bags. Your flyfiz concierge is reachable by phone and you can e-mail so you can easily get in touch.

How will I recognize my flyfiz concierge?

The concierge will wait for you at the meet you at the address you have indicated or if at the airport, at the meeting point that has been arranged.

What delivery time should I choose?

At the airport 

To avoid any delays, we ask you to choose a time slot at least two hours before your departure time. If you are on an international flight we recommend you make it three hours in advance.

Anywhere else

It’s Miami, you have fun plans! We recommend you choose your pickup/delivery time carefully to give yourself the flexibility to receive your luggage comfortably, considering where you may come from or where you may be going.

How do I pay?

Payment is required at the booking stage, it confirms your booking. You will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary informations. We accept most major credit and debit cards.

Please note, that our concierge cannot take cash for payment (you can tip if you wish). We only accept payments online !

What happens if I am absent at the hour of pick up/delivery I chose?

In this case, if you have not proactively reached out to us to let us know, a flfyz team member will contact you to arrange a new pickup/collection time. Additional fees may apply.

At flyfliz we understand that privacy is a major challenge of our new on-line era. This is why privacy is one of our core value.Your private information is protectedcan never be shared with any other organization or company.
